Shipping and returns.

There are two parts to the wait: printing and binding your book, then shipping it. Printing and binding takes 2 to 5 working days. Shipping then depends on where the book is going.

Most orders arrive within 10 working days of your order being confirmed. Remote and harder-to-reach destinations can take up to 15 working days.

We work with a global network of partner printers and print as close to the delivery address as we can, which keeps shipping shorter and greener. Around 95 percent of books are printed in the same country they are delivered to. Occasionally a book is printed in a neighbouring country to keep production moving, which can add a day or two.

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Once your book leaves the printer you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

Shipping is charged by destination and by the speed you choose at checkout. Standard delivery is tracked in every zone.

United Kingdom: £4.95 standard, £14.95 express. Europe: £6.95 standard, £18.95 express. United States and Canada: £7.95 standard, £19.95 express. Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore: £8.95 standard, £22.95 express. Everywhere else: £12.95 standard, £29.95 express.

United Kingdom: usually 2 to 4 working days standard, 1 to 2 express.

Europe, United States and Canada: usually 3 to 6 working days standard, 2 to 3 express.

Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore: usually 3 to 7 working days standard, 2 to 4 express.

Everywhere else, where the book has to cross a border to reach you: usually 5 to 10 working days standard and 3 to 6 express, occasionally longer for remote regions, islands and destinations with slow customs clearance.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather, strikes and peak periods such as December can all add time. If you are ordering for a specific date, please allow extra time and tell us the date at checkout so we can flag it.

Any customs duty or import tax on deliveries outside the United Kingdom is payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate these in advance.

Your book is locked once you pay, because it moves straight into design and printing. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at hello@tmrrwproject.com. If the book has not yet gone to the printer we will correct it or cancel and refund in full. After that we cannot change or cancel it, as with any personalised product.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or with pages missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. We will reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you in full if you prefer.

You do not need to return a damaged book unless we ask you to.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, tell us and we will chase the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will reprint and reship at no cost.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds for personalised books are handled case by case by a person, not a policy robot, so please just tell us what happened.
